Needing a service on my Suzuki that I purchased from Maidstone Suzuki, I rang to book it in , after 3 attempts they answered I enquired about them supplying and fitting an armrests which they said they would ring me back, they never rang so the next day I phoned them only to be told the person who was dealing with it had gone home at 1 o'clock, eventually I booked it in for 2 weeks time, I took it in on the day only to be told that the armrest hadn't been ordered and would be 3 weeks , so they just serviced it while I waited which they said would be about 2 hours , after an hour it was still sitting outside where I left it, when I mentioned it to them they apologized and said they had forgotten about it, when it was done I went to pay and the computer wasn't working so I never got a invoice, then they said the valenting man was off sick so they never even washed it , I will say that they all seem like nice people it's a shame about the incompetence I've experienced, needless to say I won't be going back.
Though i didn't buy one,it was a great experience looking around the Vitara.
Wanted to buy a used Suzuki. Chap there said they'd give me a call. They never did. I spent 11,000 with someone who takes people of colour seriously.
Excellent service when I visited to find out more about a Jimny in 2017. While they didn't have one in at the time, Paul was extremely helpful and the sales staff in general seem very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Have since returned for servicing and they did a good job food a very fair price. The assistant originally sent the wrong confirmation email but once sorted everything went smoothly. Would definitely use Maidstone Suzuki again.
Good car's I have always had a soft spot for the make I had an sj 410 hard top back in the day it was the most reliable car I have ever owned and every now and then I pop in when looking at possible new car's unfortunately nothing at the moment covers my needs in size and accessibility with my 2 big dogs all the same fantastic car's
